2. Eligibility

To use IPTVKind, you must:

• Provide accurate registration and payment information
• Have a stable internet connection suitable for streaming

Users who have been previously suspended or terminated from IPTVKind are not eligible to re-register.

3. User Responsibilities

By using IPTVKind, you agree to the following:

• You will not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the service to others
• You will not share your account credentials beyond the number of connections included in your plan
• You will not use the service for any illegal, abusive, or commercial purpose
• You will not attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or tamper with our servers or infrastructure
• You will not record, capture, or redistribute any streamed content

Violation of these responsibilities may result in immediate account suspension or termination without prior notice or refund.

4. Subscription & Payments

All IPTVKind subscriptions are prepaid and activate immediately upon purchase. Available plans include:

• Changes in pricing will not affect currently active subscriptions
• Subscription time begins immediately after activation

5. Refund Policy

IPTVKind offers a refund window based on your subscription plan. Refund requests must be submitted within the following timeframes from the date of purchase:

Refunds will not be issued if:

• The refund period has expired
• The issue is caused by your internet connection, device, or third-party applications
• The account has been used in violation of these Terms of Service
• The service has been abused, shared beyond allowed limits, or redistributed

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. We strongly recommend using our free 24-hour trial before purchasing any paid plan.

6. Free Trial

IPTVKind offers a free 24-hour trial with no credit card required. The trial gives you full access to test our channels, stream quality, and device compatibility before committing to a paid plan.

7. Service Availability

While we maintain a 99.99% server uptime guarantee, IPTVKind does not guarantee completely uninterrupted service at all times. Temporary disruptions may occur due to:

• Scheduled or emergency server maintenance
• Upstream provider outages
• Force majeure events beyond our control

In the event of a prolonged outage caused by our infrastructure, we may offer subscription extensions or service credits at our discretion.
